What you will need:
1. A Passport is a must
2. Vaccinations. (i) yellow fever, (ii) typhoid, (iii) hepatitis A & B, (iv) tetanus (v) TB
The typhoid pills are good for five years, whereas the shot is only good for two years.  All the other shots are good for ten years.
You will need preventive Malaria medication. They have about three different kinds. one is as good as the other, it is quite expensive here in the USA, so my advice is you get enough to get it into your body a couple weeks before departure, and the rest of it I can get for you over there near to nothing and its ...just as good. Every way to save save some money will help.
3. I will need your passport info as stated in your passport, i.e., full name, dob, date of issue, date of expiry.
4. You will need to know my physical address, mailing (PO) address, name of mission in Malawi, if you don't know this, its because you have not read my reports
5. My contact numbers, email6. Reason for entry - Religious / Church work
7. Length of stay - two weeks
